Second Time Around – Amazing

When You Need A Replacement Vehicle After An Accident, Contact Compass First.


You pay no security or upfront costs, though we do require credit card details to which we can charge any tolls/fines/excesses/costs that may be applicable under the contract. Despite no upfront payment being made, Compass will provide you with a replacement vehicle while you remain contractually liable for the costs. We then seek to recover the costs from the at-fault insurance company directly.

Cost Recovery

To allow us to recover the costs you must co-operate with Compass if asked, which may include giving evidence in legal proceedings initiated by Compass in your name. The Rental Agreement and Mandate set out your rights and obligations in full. Once you have lodged an application you will receive these documents. Please read them carefully and speak to us about anything that you would like to clarify.
