Compass and Polestar partner to enhance customer Experience

Compass, a leading provider of vehicle replacement services, and Polestar, the Swedish electric performance car brand, have announced a partnership aimed at enhancing customer experience with Compass onboarding a fleet of Polestar service loan cars for the brand to utilise around Australia.

Compass will integrate Polestar’s electric vehicles (EVs) into its national fleet, providing customers with a premium, like-for-like alternative while their vehicles are being serviced or repaired. This collaboration marks a step forward in both companies’ commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Highlights of the Partnership:

Sustainable mobility: Onboarding the Polestar fleet mean owners can continue to enjoy all the benefits of an EV, aligning with both companies’ sustainability goals.

Enhanced customer experience: The seamless transition from one Polestar product to another ensures a seamless, premium experience for customers. There will also be the opportunity for customers to experience other Polestar models in the range during their replacement period.

Nationwide availability: The partnership will roll out across Compass’s extensive network, ensuring customers nationwide can benefit from the service.
